  • If you have ever questioned your identity as a woman or man, or wonder if your attraction to people may be more expansive than the orientation you were culturally gifted, I am here to walk with you. I am no expert, but as a fellow traveler, it is my journey to sit beside you as you explore and discover who you actually are.

  • Do you feel held hostage by your ruminating thoughts? is your inner voice self-critical, harsh, and potentially inaccurate? it is true that, with attention and work, that you can identify your thoughts, acknowledge them, and allow them to pass. Though sometimes you may feel like you are stuck in a thought cycle it does eventually pass. Together, I can support you in cultivating a more gentle and realistic inner voice to help you achieve your goals.
